It is not necessary to create an account, you can also make a purchase as a guest by entering all the necessary information in the fields provided for that purpose.
How can I open an account on the pronet.com.hr Web Store and what information do I need to fill in?

The web shop pronet.com.hr sends shipments to addresses in the EU with contracted delivery service.
Which delivery service will deliver the package to me?
All shipments are shipped with HP Ekspres. If you order from an area where this delivery service is not delivering, your package will arrive with an alternative delivery service.
The shipping address is different from the one in my account, can I change it?
You can change your address by calling +385 91 1358 3558 or send e-mail to info@pronet.com.hr. If the shipment has already been shipped, the delivery address can only be changed through a link sent to the customer by the HP Ekspres delivery service.
