PRO-Net FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
EUROPEAN INNOVATION IN DENTAL PROSTHODONTICS
PRO-Net is a pre-impregnated professional mesh made of specially woven E-glass fibers.
UP TO 67% HARDER ACRYLATE
By installing PRO-Net reinforcement during the repair of a broken denture, even 67% greater strength is ensured, which significantly reduces the possibility of re-breakage and increases the durability of prosthodontic works.
ACHIEVING A CHEMICAL BOND WITH ACRYLATE
Unlike existing reinforcements on the market, PRO-Net does not need to be added with adhesive, bond, impregnation, etc. because the bond with acrylate is achieved by itself, through a chemical process.
SUPERIOR OPTICAL AND AESTHETIC PROPERTIES
PRO-Net reinforcements are white in color, almost transparent, and in addition to an exceptional aesthetic improvement, they also have superior optical properties compared to available reinforced denture bases made of long materials (Co-Cr alloys, Au alloys, etc.).
PRACTICAL PACKAGING AND USE
The PRO-Net package consists of one reinforcement for strengthening the palatal base of the upper total denture, and another in the form of a strip that can be tailored according to the needs of each individual work.
ZERO WASTE
If the PRO-Net reinforcement is individualized, the unused part can be used for the next work by simply using scissors, cutting along the pre-marked red lines.
MORE AFFORDABLE THAN INDIVIDUAL WIRONIT MESH
By using PRO-Net, no modeling wax, investment compound, Wironit casting furnace, nor electricity for its heating and centrifugation, nor the most expensive thing - the technician's time, are consumed.
Toughness
(ISO 791-1.2000)
During the development of PRO-Net reinforcement, complex tests and optimization of the structure and shape of the reinforcement material were performed.
In dental prosthetics, certainly the most important test of applied materials is 3 points bending test (ISO 6872).
Tensile strength
(ISO 5274-4:1997)
PRO-Net fiber reinforcement is made in EU by weaving E-glass fibers in mutually perpendicular directions.
This ensuring controlled mechanical isotropic, i.e. optimal characteristics in the optimal directions for prosthetic applications.
Bending strength
(ISO 14125:1998(E))
Choosing the right material and the proper weaving technique results in a PRO-Net density of 160 g/cm2 (±5 %).
Which gives the optimal structure to achieve superior mechanical properties.
